Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist - CA (Part-Time) with a signing bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients using various modalities
• Utilize data to inform treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state regulations through proper documentation

Required Qualifications

• Licensed in California as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
• At least six months of teletherapy experience
• Available for 8-24 hours per week, primarily in client sessions
• Proficient with clinical assessments and electronic health/medical record systems
