Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant, Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams and senior leaders to develop change management strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify and analyze stakeholders' needs and develop tailored communication and engagement plans
• Assess the impact of proposed changes and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in organizational change management, preferably in the Technology industry
• Experience in change management for a Microsoft to Google Workspace migration
• Deep knowledge of Google Workspace applications
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable
