• Update and maintain system data, conduct quarterly audits, and perform data analysis
• Assist with user setup and troubleshooting across various platforms while supporting end-users
• Deliver online support to internal teams and external customers, preparing reports and presentations for management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant business experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
