Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adoption and Change Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement change management strategies to drive employee adoption and maximize investment in M365 Copilot
• Utilize best practices to manage and deliver enterprise change initiatives at both strategic and tactical levels
• Collaborate with client teams to develop tailored change management strategies that align with their business needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience or training with M365 Copilot and organizational enablement
• Experience leading technology adoption for large-scale enterprise clients
• Deep knowledge in change management domains, with certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance productivity
• Ability to work effectively as a team player with a strategic mindset
