Job Summary
A company is looking for an M365 Change Management Consultant to support user adoption of M365 and other Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' current state and define change management goals and success criteria
- Design and deliver change management solutions, including training and governance
- Lead Organizational Change Management aspects of projects, ensuring project health and success
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of consulting experience in management or customer success consulting
- Experience with M365/O365 implementation change management
- Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification strongly preferred
- Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Ability to design and implement User Adoption Plans and facilitate workshops
