M365 Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an M365 Change Management Consultant to support user adoption of M365 and other Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current state and define change management goals and success criteria
• Design and deliver change management solutions, including training and governance
• Lead Organizational Change Management aspects of projects, ensuring project health and success

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of consulting experience in management or customer success consulting
• Experience with M365/O365 implementation change management
• Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification strongly preferred
• Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to design and implement User Adoption Plans and facilitate workshops
