Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to develop and deliver enablement programs for market-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with leadership to align enablement priorities and ensure effective execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful enablement content and establish shared execution plans
- Design and execute comprehensive enablement programs, including onboarding and role-specific training
Key Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in GTM Enablement or Training, with a strong focus on pre- and post-sales processes
- Experience in the healthcare or benefits industry is required
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective enablement programs based on adult learning principles
- Strong analytical skills to inform enablement priorities and measure impact using data
- Excellent program management skills to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
