GTM Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to develop and deliver enablement programs for market-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with leadership to align enablement priorities and ensure effective execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful enablement content and establish shared execution plans
• Design and execute comprehensive enablement programs, including onboarding and role-specific training

Key Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in GTM Enablement or Training, with a strong focus on pre- and post-sales processes
• Experience in the healthcare or benefits industry is required
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective enablement programs based on adult learning principles
• Strong analytical skills to inform enablement priorities and measure impact using data
• Excellent program management skills to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
