Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Workday Benefits Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
- Understand client business requirements and guide design, configuration, and testing efforts
- Support clients during Annual Events such as Open Enrollment and ACA as needed
Required Qualifications and Education:
- Experience independently leading at least two Workday Phase 1 and two Phase X implementations
- Minimum of two years as a lead Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant at a Workday partner firm
- Workday Partner Certifications in Benefits and at least one additional module required
- Experience troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating Workday Advanced Compensation
- Employment contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification
