Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Finance Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct programmatic analysis and develop a value proposition for Mercy Corps' offerings to attract non-traditional funders
• Create a programmatic framework with recommended delivery modalities and associated risks to enhance implementation strategies
• Complement donor research to identify market demand and potential fit with target donors/investors

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in structuring programs or investments for Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) or impact investors
• Deep understanding of the development finance landscape, including blended finance and impact bonds
• Proven ability to analyze complex programmatic work and translate it into investment propositions
• Experience in developing capacity-building workshops or webinars for stakeholders
• Demonstrated record of accomplishment in the development finance and international development sectors
