Job Summary
A company is looking for a Value Based Care Implementation Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead activities for assigned Delegation or Capitation initiatives across various plans
- Ensure alignment of program/project scope with the organization's strategic objectives
- Facilitate and manage workgroups, documenting issues and driving solutions for project tasks
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management experience managing major projects across multiple business areas
- 2+ years of experience facilitating mid to large size workgroups
- 2+ years of experience developing tools, task plans, and milestone charts
- Demonstrated experience with technology flows and system logic
- Intermediate or greater proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
