Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience in large program management focusing on IT operating model transformations
• Proven expertise in IT organization design and performance management
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery models and digital transformation
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and modern IT operating methodologies
