Key Responsibilities

• Champion the program within the cardiology community to encourage referrals for at-risk patients
• Advise on the integration of the diabetes prevention program into cardiology and primary care workflows
• Offer clinical insights to improve the cardiovascular outcomes of the program

Qualifications

• Board-certified cardiologist (MD/DO)
• Experience with cardiometabolic risk, chronic disease prevention, or population health preferred
• Passionate about digital health, preventive medicine, and health equity
• Strong interest in shaping the future of virtual care and patient engagement
