Key Responsibilities

- Supervise staff performance, training, and development, and manage account resources and budgets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management preferred
- Strong leadership skills to manage and achieve departmental targets
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
