Mental Health Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Mental Health to support mental health programming in low- and middle-income countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of product and supplier landscape analyses for psychotropic medications
• Collaborate on cost-effectiveness analysis models for psychosis interventions and engage with stakeholders
• Prepare presentations and market briefs for supplier discussions and ensure alignment on product priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, global health, or related fields
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in Excel modeling
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• High level of initiative, independence, and professionalism
• Experience with health economic evaluation or familiarity with pharmaceutical access challenges in LMICs is advantageous
