Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trial planning, execution, and reporting to ensure compliance and timely delivery
• Provide functional leadership, including resource planning and performance management
• Manage and oversee clinical trials executed through CROs and other vendors

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field; RN/PA or master's degree in health-related science preferred
• 10+ years of progressive Clinical Operations experience with leadership responsibilities
• Proven success managing Phase 1-4 clinical trials via CROs
• Strong leadership in cross-functional environments and project management of complex clinical programs
• Documentation of GCP training and certification preferred
