Change Management Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for change management initiatives and process improvements
• Analyze the impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organization
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective change implementation and support OCM processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of experience in change management or related fields
• Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model)
• Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback to refine OCM strategies
• Knowledge of stakeholder needs, concerns, and influence within organizations
• Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information is preferred
