Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer - W2 Role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Service Cloud solutions
- Design and implement Service Cloud configurations including Cases, Queues, and Omnichannel setups
- Integrate Service Cloud with third-party applications and provide user training and support
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant certifications (required or in progress)
- Strong understanding of case lifecycle and support processes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and automation
- Experience with customer service tools like telephony/CTI and chatbots
