Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to help customers implement AI workflows effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a day-to-day partner for strategic customers, building trust and co-designing AI solutions
• Map and translate construction workflows into structured implementations, configuring AI agents and activating jobsite teams
• Develop training curriculum and run workshops to certify customer champions for scaling adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Construction and Technology, particularly in innovation or field deployment
• Proven track record of driving technology adoption within complex organizations
• Ability to work across business and technical audiences, translating needs to product requirements
• Technical curiosity with experience in cloud-based tools, APIs, and light configuration
• Experience in construction tech, AI, or field training is a plus
