Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of implementation professionals, managing talent and performance
- Oversee operational processes including scoping, onboarding, and reporting while driving strategic initiatives
- Enhance delivery methodologies and serve as a primary escalation point for customer issues
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software professional services or consulting, preferably in GRC
- 3+ years of direct people management experience with a history of leading high-performing teams
- Proven track record of driving operational or strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in customer relationship management and resolving complex escalations
- Deep understanding of professional services operations, including project scoping and delivery methodologies
