Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday AMS HCM Consultant (Recruiting).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert configuration and support in Workday HCM areas, specializing in Recruiting
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building relationships and providing strategic advice
• Mentor junior consultants and manage competing priorities across multiple clients

Required Qualifications

• Workday certification and/or significant hands-on experience in Recruiting and another functional area
• Solid understanding of related Workday functional areas beyond the core specialty
• Proven success in a client-facing consulting role or client-side HRIS team
• Commercial awareness and understanding of consulting project dynamics
• Ability to manage service delivery risk and lead strategic discussions
