Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II with experience in the Managed Print space.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business data to propose solutions for process modifications and technology integration
• Define business requirements and project scope in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication among all parties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 4 years of business analysis experience
• Experience in the Copier or Managed Print industry, focusing on technical requirements and system integrations
• Proven experience working with offshore development teams
• Strong background in working with APIs and translating business needs into technical specifications
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Visio; IIBA CCBA certification preferred
