Key Responsibilities

• Manage the technical evolution of post-sales offerings, including professional services and customer support
• Lead the design of technical offerings to enhance customer value and differentiate from competitors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and scale innovative approaches

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years in professional services designing and implementing observability services
• 2-3 years of hands-on design and programming experience in an object-oriented language
• 5+ years of consulting, presales, or support experience with application-focused software
• Architectural understanding of JEE or .NET platforms and familiarity with additional technologies
