Business Analyst, ServiceNow HRSD

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow HRSD).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to document business processes and service delivery needs
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for the development team
• Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement and assist in the configuration and testing of the ServiceNow HRSD platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with enterprise software or SaaS platforms
• Direct experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly the HRSD module
• Strong understanding of core HR functions such as onboarding, benefits, and payroll
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment is highly desirable
