Key Responsibilities

• Discussing and reviewing patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
• Prescribing medications and formulating suitable treatment plans for various mental health conditions
• Maintaining accurate records of patients' medical information and treatment progress

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Physician
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience with prescribing controlled substances
• Must have a valid DEA
• Must have a valid multi-state license
• Mental health experience of 2 years is required; certification is preferred
