Key Responsibilities

• Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
• Prescribe medications, controlled substances, and diagnostic tests for accurate diagnoses
• Formulate suitable treatment plans and maintain accurate records of patients' medical information

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Physician
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience with prescribing controlled substances
• Must have a valid DEA
• Must have a valid Medical License
• Mental health experience of 2 years is required; certification preferred
