Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage training delivery partners and contractors
- Define and enforce training delivery standards while monitoring partner performance
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource planning for partner-led training sessions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, training operations, or program management
- Experience working with third-party vendors or contractors in a training or services environment
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training tools
