Partner Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Manager to oversee and grow their network of external training partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage training delivery partners and contractors
• Define and enforce training delivery standards while monitoring partner performance
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource planning for partner-led training sessions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner management, training operations, or program management
• Experience working with third-party vendors or contractors in a training or services environment
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training tools
