Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor user and system activity for identity-related threats and maintain detection rules
• Triage identity-related alerts, conduct investigations, and collaborate with teams to respond to threats
• Assess risks associated with user access and implement identity risk detection tools and automation workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis with a track record of delivering complex projects
• Experience in cross-functional teams and leading requirements gathering for enterprise-level systems
• Solid understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) and business analysis tools
• Experience conducting gap analysis, risk assessments, and mentoring junior analysts
