Manager of Reporting and Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Reporting & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Documentation team's workflow operations and assist in managing production coverage and client success
• Produce and present reports to leadership to track the success and gaps of the division
• Implement Performance Improvement Programs and identify opportunities for process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC accreditation preferred
• Minimum of three years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management
• Experience with Six Sigma or related LEAN/OPEX/Process Excellence desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerBI, and Power Apps
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
