Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shelter Consultant - International Humanitarian Response Roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, design, and deliver emergency shelter and recovery programs in response to disasters
• Provide technical support and oversight for programs to ensure high-quality delivery
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for an effective and integrated response

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum 5-7 years of humanitarian aid experience, with at least 4 years in shelter
• Relevant professional qualification or post-graduate degree in structural engineering, civil engineering, or related fields
• Demonstrated expertise in shelter programs, including gender-sensitive programming
• Experience in conducting needs assessments and developing shelter strategies
• Knowledge of humanitarian principles and contexts, including natural disasters and complex emergencies
