A company is looking for a Start Smart Coach who will be responsible for coaching clients in maximizing their use of analytic tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize consultative methods to drive change within clients' Dealership Service departments
- Educate and coach clients on software tools to improve Fixed Operations revenue drivers
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and update CRM with relevant notes and changes
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of labor grids, parts matrix building, and warranty filings
- 3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
- 2 years of Automotive Service Department management experience preferred
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple accounts
- Energetic and motivating personality with a passion for client success
