Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client accounts, ensuring personalized IT services
• Oversee service delivery to meet SLAs and KPIs, while monitoring performance metrics
• Lead the delivery of small to medium-sized IT projects, managing resources and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery or technical project management
• Strong understanding of managed IT services, including cloud computing and cybersecurity
• Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized IT projects from planning to delivery
• Ability to engage with IT Directors and CIOs, translating complex concepts into strategic guidance
• Client-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and exceeding client needs
