Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Registrar (hybrid or remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervisory support for the Office of the Registrar, overseeing curriculum, catalog, graduation, and related systems
- Lead degree audit coding, curriculum processes, and development of the university academic catalog
- Manage graduation application and degree conferral processes, including diploma production and commencement activities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Registrar's office or related curriculum-focused role
- Knowledge of business processes related to curriculum, degree audit coding, and catalog production
- Extensive experience using and supporting student information systems
- Project management experience in designing and implementing systems for a registrar's office
- Advanced degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
