Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current functionality to identify areas for improvement
• Create and manage user permissions and perform system administration tasks
• Develop and maintain automation workflows and conduct training sessions for employees

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator with customization skills
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Atlassian product suite, focusing on Jira and Confluence
• Expert-level knowledge of Atlassian tool administration for Jira and Confluence
• Ability to write custom JQL and construct custom dashboards in Jira
• Experience in performing Atlassian migrations and plugin installations
