Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current functionality to identify areas for improvement
• Create and manage user permissions for Atlassian tools based on project and team requirements
• Perform system administration tasks, including data backups and scheduled jobs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator with expertise in customizing various schemes and workflows
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Atlassian product suite, focusing on Jira and Confluence
• Expert-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration
• Ability to write custom JQL and construct custom dashboards in Jira
• Experience in performing Atlassian migrations and plugin installations
