Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager responsible for overseeing IT operations and supporting end-user environments across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the IT Operations team, ensuring reliable and secure systems for end users
• Manage project timelines and priorities related to end user procurement and provisioning
• Analyze service delivery metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in IT operations and management, preferably in a BPO environment
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• People management experience is preferred
• Deep technical knowledge in Windows and Active Directory
• Experience with tools such as Cortex, Crowdstrike, BigFix, and SCCM is preferred
