Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of the IT Operations team, ensuring reliable and secure systems for end users
- Manage project timelines and priorities related to end user procurement and provisioning
- Analyze service delivery metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in IT operations and management, preferably in a BPO environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- People management experience is preferred
- Deep technical knowledge in Windows and Active Directory
- Experience with tools such as Cortex, Crowdstrike, BigFix, and SCCM is preferred
