Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 6 months to 2 years of project or case management experience
  • General knowledge of the Cyber Incident Response Lifecycle
  • Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on customer service
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and cyber-attack types
