Key Responsibilities
- Scope new incident response engagements and generate necessary documentation
- Lead incident response engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and quality deliverables
- Manage case budgets and staffing, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of project or case management experience
- General knowledge of the Cyber Incident Response Lifecycle
- Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on customer service
- Familiarity with various operating systems and cyber-attack types
