Job Summary

A company is looking for an Endpoint Services Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring prompt restoration of service
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstation environments, including imaging and system setups
  • Document installation and support procedures while maintaining compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of level 2 desktop experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ticketing systems
  • Recent industry standard technical certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Network+ preferred
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Product Line and Active Directory
