A company is looking for an Endpoint Services Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring prompt restoration of service
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstation environments, including imaging and system setups
- Document installation and support procedures while maintaining compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of level 2 desktop experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ticketing systems
- Recent industry standard technical certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Network+ preferred
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Product Line and Active Directory
