Senior Pega Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pega Analyst to serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega applications, including case management and workflows
• Lead the requirements lifecycle by translating business needs into technical designs and scalable Pega solutions
• Document technical designs and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project or business analysis experience, including software requirements and application configuration
• Experience with Pega Infinity (v8.8 and above) and relevant certifications preferred
• Proficiency in creating user stories and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Visio for documentation purposes
