Workday Application Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application System Specialist - Workday Recruiting & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and assignments to improve clinical or business information systems
• Provide expert guidance during critical incidents and share knowledge with team members
• Investigate and resolve application and system configuration issues while collaborating with vendors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical certificate/degree or 3 years equivalent experience
• Epic/Workday/Application certification(s) and Lean Green Belt certification or ability to achieve
• 7 years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
• Ability to act independently with minimal oversight and advise less experienced team members
