A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Telephony).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of telephony infrastructure records in ServiceNow
- Review, validate, and update Asset, Configuration Item (CI), and Application records
- Coordinate with engineers and service providers to ensure accurate inventory and configuration data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Asset Management and CMDB
- Understanding of telephony infrastructure (e.g., PBX systems, VoIP components)
- Experience reconciling physical equipment with digital records in enterprise environments
- Ability to read and validate telephony records
