Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Telephony).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of telephony infrastructure records in ServiceNow
• Review, validate, and update Asset, Configuration Item (CI), and Application records
• Coordinate with engineers and service providers to ensure accurate inventory and configuration data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Asset Management and CMDB
• Understanding of telephony infrastructure (e.g., PBX systems, VoIP components)
• Experience reconciling physical equipment with digital records in enterprise environments
• Ability to read and validate telephony records
