Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building teams of 40+ in financial or technology companies
• 10+ years of experience leading security teams, including managing senior managers
• Experience architecting and launching security operations functions
• Strong organizational skills and business acumen
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
