Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Problem Management Analyst Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for critical and high priority/multi-platform problems, leading investigations and analyzing root causes
- Manage problem management activities to prevent incident recurrence by identifying known errors and coordinating resolution actions
- Facilitate communication and documentation to business and IT management regarding problem status and next steps
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with infrastructure and/or applications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with advanced analytical tools and IT functions
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy
- Ability to coach and mentor others in technical and professional skills
