Key Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for agentic AI adoption and align governance with business goals
• Inspire and coach teams on AI readiness and responsible usage while scaling frameworks and best practices
• Collaborate with audit, compliance, and IT to ensure secure and compliant agentic workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5-10 years in a management role
• Experience in IT planning, governance, and system development
• Proven leadership in AI strategy or digital transformation
• Strong understanding of LLMs and agentic AI principles
