Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director of Software Engineering & Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure product management and architecture processes maximize customer value through high adoption and user satisfaction in K-12 education
• Enhance development team productivity by leveraging AI and improving agile processes
• Maintain strong system security and ensure IT infrastructure maximizes productivity for internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Educational Technology
• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as vulnerability scanning and secure coding practices
• Experience managing a team with a focus on accountability and performance development
• Proven experience managing modern cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., AWS)
