Systems Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain systems software and hardware while providing automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to automate common tasks and provide technical support for IT infrastructure issues
• Define system requirements, participate in system enhancements, and coordinate with vendors on IT solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve server and infrastructure problems while monitoring system performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 2 - 4 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
• Familiarity with Terraform, Packer, or Ansible is desired
• Experience in technical support and system maintenance
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
