Telephony Application Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Application Development Engineering - Telephony.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team members in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise software solutions
• Coordinate with 3rd party development teams and ensure adherence to standards and policies
• Provide coaching and career development for junior application developers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Experience with Application Development and Applications Architecture
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development and DevOps best practices
• Experience with AWS Connect and Genesys Dialer is desirable
