Director of Technical Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Technical Operations to oversee daily operations for the NEDIIS program supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with management to interpret needs and improve processes
• Review deliverables, manage project outcomes, and conduct meetings to ensure deadlines are met
• Develop operational goals and provide mentorship to team personnel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 15+ years of relevant experience, with the possibility of substituting 5 years of experience for a degree
• Must pass and maintain a Tier 4 (BI) Government Background Investigation
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and network security concepts
• Leadership skills with excellent time management and organizational abilities
