Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT Services to lead and evolve its internal IT infrastructure and service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Over 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Preferred background in SaaS-based businesses within highly regulated industries
• Extensive experience managing offshore teams across global locations
• In-depth knowledge of audit procedures related to HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and PCI compliance
