A company is looking for a Lead Certinia PSA Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Certinia PSA on Salesforce, including workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Manage PSA functionality for project creation, resource allocation, and billing events
- Provide training and support to a global user base, ensuring compliance with regional requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience administering Certinia PSA
- 3+ years of experience with Certinia Billing Central and/or Certinia Revenue Management
- Experience supporting a global user base, particularly operations in India
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
