Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to internal employees and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming IT support requests with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Provide primary IT support for standard endpoints (macOS & Windows) and manage SaaS environments
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software, managing user accounts and access rights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in IT support or a related role
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, and Microsoft 365 applications
- Relevant certifications in IT support or networking are advantageous
- Salesforce CRM experience is strongly desired
