Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in configuration management or IT operations
• Deep understanding of configuration management principles, processes, and tools
• Experience with project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to analyze data and develop solutions for configuration-related issues
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
